The Kinesio Tape provides support and stability for joints and muscles without affecting their range of movement.
It stretches the skin to increase the space between it and the muscles. By reducing the pressure around the area of use it increases circulation and lymphatic drainage. It also reduces irritation of the subcutaneous nerve receptors.
As a result, it reduces pain, muscular spasms and inflammation, and accelerates the body's natural healing process.
